Jui-Chiu Chiang received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 1997, M.S in Electrical Engineering from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1999, and Ph.D. in Automatic and Signal Processing from the Paris-Sud University, Orsay, France, in 2004.  She joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan, in 2005; and she is now a professor. Her research interests in Image/Video Coding for Machine, High Dynamic Range Image Coding, Point Cloud Compression, Multi-Modality Compression and Fusion For Automantic Vehicle, and Video-based Dynamic Mesh Coding.
