    From Prof. Tanimoto’s lecture, we could deeply sense his passion for academic research. When it was our turn to present our laboratory’s work, he showed great interest in our research and even raised thought-provoking questions. This level of curiosity and engagement is something we truly admire and strive to emulate.

    One of Prof. Tanimoto’s greatest achievements is his contribution to the development of Free-Viewpoint Television, a field that requires the collective effort of many researchers. Through this journey, he not only advanced the technology but also built meaningful connections, using these collaborations as motivation to continue his research.
